Linda Michaels has been helping people with the transitions in their lives even before becoming a REALTOR® in 2009. Whether moving up or downsizing, as a certified moving consultant she helped people in transition. As Director of Marketing at retirement communities, she helped people transition from their large homes into apartment homes.  She has lived in Pacific Grove since 1972and has local knowledge of the communities on the Monterey Peninsula.

After attending real estate school she was recruited to work for an appraiser, collecting data appraising shopping malls and commercial buildings. She is always ready to prepare a current market analysis of a property to help buyers determine a fair market price to offer. 

Her past experience in commercial leasing and business sales has trained her to be a skilled negotiator. Michaels says, “I love representing buyers and negotiating on their behalf to get the best deal possible, even in this market. I have the knowledge, skills, and experience to help get you the deal you want.”

Trained as a paralegal at CSUMB, Center for Legal Studies, she knows the importance of concise and correct contracts and pays attention to the details. An early career in advertising sales taught her the nuance of writing detailed descriptions of properties for listings or advertising fliers.
